Alex is a Neurological Physiotherapist who graduated from the inaugural cohort of the Master of Physiotherapy program at the University of Technology Sydney (2018). With over 8 years’ experience in neurological rehabilitation, she specialises in supporting adults with stroke, spinal cord injury, multiple sclerosis, and a range of neuromuscular disorders. Alex is also expanding her expertise in vestibular assessment and rehabilitation.

Passionate about evidence-based and holistic care, Alex believes deeply in the transformative power of movement for neurohealth and recovery. She finds immense fulfilment in guiding clients to rediscover their capabilities and achieve meaningful milestones—such as standing or transferring independently—experiences that once seemed out of reach.

Outside the clinic, Alex enjoys energising her body through gym sessions and Pilates, soaking up the vibrant atmosphere of fun runs, exploring new destinations through travel, and cherishing moments with her family and her dog. She remains committed to ongoing learning and growth, both professionally and personally.
